My 5 months old baby girl have a bad head control and won't play with any toys?
She is healthy and have a bad head control . she don’t play with rattles or any other baby toys. what can i do ? is this normal ?

A fire that started after a candle was knocked over at a duplex in Manchester on Jan. 4, left the nine people who live there unable to return for at least two days.
